Lilva Curry (green Lentil Curry)

Ingredients:
1-cup chopped carrot,
1-cup lilva (fresh green lentil),
1-cup chopped cauliflower,
1-tbsp chilli powder,
1-tbsp turmeric powder,
1-tbsp asophotedia powder,
1-tbsp cumin seeds,
1-tbsp mustard seeds,
Salt to taste,
Coriander leaves for garnish.

Method:
Step 1: Heat the oil in pan and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, asophotedia powder and lilva.


Step 2: When lilva is cook well than add chopped cauliflower.


Step 3: After 5- minutes add chopped carrot in it.


Step 4: last add all remaining masala in it and mix well.


Step 5: Turn off the flame and place in serving plat.
Step 6: Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with roti.
