Garlic Paste

Ingredients:
15-pieces of garlic,
2-tbsp cumin seeds(optional),
3-tbsp red chilli powder,
Salt to taste.

Method:
Step 1: Add all ingredients in steal small vessel.Step 2: Then crush with heavy handle with use of hand and make smooth paste.

Step 3: Take it in bowl.

  2. Hi Ushaprashanth,
    We use this paste in most of all curry.....as we use mustard seeds and cumin seeds.....some curry we use in tempering and some curry like okra and tomato I add this paste before turn off the flame.....also we make red chutney with this material....and I use this chutney in Bhel or Samosa-chaat....like that type of snake.:)
