Very easy sweet curry. If you like sweet taste then this curry is ready in to just two minutes with fewer ingredients.
Benefit:
1. An excellent source of potassium and vitamin B6, as well as a source of folate abd fiber.
2. A medium banana contains close to 500mg of potassium, a mineral that plays a role in lowering blood pressure. A study on 17,000 adults indicated that higher potassium levels are associated with lower blood pressure. Banana also contains the anino acid tryptophan, which stimulates the production of serotonin, a neurotransmitter that has a calming effect on the body.
