2-white gourd,
1-tbsp mustard seeds,
1-tbsp cumin seeds,
1-tbsp asophotedia,
Coriander leaves for garnish.
Ingredients for stuffing:
1\2 cup bengal gram flour,
2-tbsp coriander+cumin powder,
1-tbsp red chilli powder,
1-tbsp turmeric powder,
1-tbsp garlic paste,
2-tbsp lemon juice,
Salt to taste.
Method:
Step 1: Peel the white gourd and make long cut in middle of the white gourd.

Step 2: Mix all stuff masala and stuff this in white gourd.
Step 3: Then cut white gourd in to round pieces.
Step 4: Heat the oil in cooker and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and asophotedia in it.
Step 5: Than add round cut stuff white gourd in it.
Step 6: Add remaining masala over it and add 1-cup water in it.
Step 7: Cover the cooker and cook for 3-vishal.
Step 8: Cool at room temperature and garnish with coriander leaves.
Enjoy deshi gujarati dish with green chilli, garlic paste, bhakri and buttermilk.:)

ReplyDeleteThanks for lovely words. Bhakri is same as roti but is flour is not as soft as roti flour and we add salt and oil to make it. We mostly use in dinner with curry.:)
