100gm gunda,
2-tbsp oil,
Salt to taste.
Method:
Step 1: Wash and dry the gunda with towel.
Step 2: Cut the gunda and scrape the seeds with a salted knife.
Step 3: Heat the two-tbsp oil in pan and add this gunda in it.
Step 4: Cook in law flame until they are golden brown.
Step 5: Turn off the flame and add salt to taste.
*********** Serve as side dish with lunch or dinner******************
Note: Gunda is one type of berry we use this generally in Pickle.

ReplyDeleteThis is not a vegetable but we use this generally in aachar or some side dish also when we cut this, then few liquid in between and this liquid is very stick and we remove this stickiness with use of salt. This is one type of berry.:)
