50gm spinach,
50gm masoor daal,
3 small onion,
4-5 green chilli,
2-tbsp oil,
1-tbsp turmeric powder,
Salt to taste.
Method:
Step 1: Wash and chopped the spinach. Soak the masoor dhal and pressure cook for 3 whistles.
Step 2: Open the cooker and mash the daal well.
Step 3: Heat the oil in tava and add chopped green chillies in it.
Step 4: After few second add chopped onion in it and cook until they are golden brown.
Step 5: Then add chopped spinach and mix well.
Step 6: After 2-3 minutes add masoor daal, turmeric powder and salt in it.
Step 7: Finally add SIMP masala in it and turn off the flame.
Step 8: Decorate with onion slices.
Serve hot with rice or roti.:)
