2-cup sprouted moong,
2-tbsp garlic and red chilli paste,
2-tbsp oil,
1-tbsp turmeric powder,
Salt to taste,
Coriander leaves for garnish.
Method:
Step 1: Heat the oil in pan and add garlic paste in it.
Step 2: Then add turmeric powder and salt to taste.
Step 3: Add little water and cook until they are soft (or microwave for 2 minutes).
Step 4: Garnish with coriander leaves.
Step 5: Serve hot with roti, rice and kadhi.:)
i checked the ingredient list twice to see if u have missed any ingredients there. but no!!! sprouted moon curry with so little ingredients !!! i love the recipe n the pic kajal. i would love to have this with steaming rice and kadhi:) yum....

WOW!! the list of ingrdients is so limited!! this looks wonderful.. Bau saras che (did I get that correct?) I can understand Guju (afterall living in Mumbai, one in sure to that!!), but not speak well!

That is one nutritional but tasty plate. Mildly flavouring the sprouts with only garlic is a good idea. Rotis look perfect :)
