Black Raisins juice or sorbet.
Ingredients:
100gm Black Raisins,
3-glass water,
Sugar for taste.
Method:
Step 1: Wash black raisins gently.
Step 2: Soak raisins in water for at least 6-hours. If soak for 12-hours then its better.Step 3: After that add sugar as your taste and crush in mixer.
Step 4: Drain in to vassal.Step 5: Add ice-cube in glass and pure prepared juice in it.
Step 6: Serve chilled in hot summer party.Note:
1. Raisins are a highly concentrated source of nutrients and calories; a cup contains a whopping 440 calories while providing 3g of iron, 1090mg of potassium, and 6g of fiber. It takes about 2kg (Four and half pounds) of fresh grapes to produce 500gm (1 lb) of raisins.
2. California is now the world’s leading producer of raisins.
3. You don’t need to drink wine to derive protection from heart disease. Red grapes or black raisins offer similar benefits.

Hello Shruti,
ReplyDeleteThanks a lot!!!!
Cool Cool in Hot hot Summer.:)
Hello Richa,
ReplyDeleteAa juice banva mate to black raisin jose nahitar taste nahi aave. Golden raisin is not dry raisin so how you soak in water? Golden raisin is also sweet but it is like stick when you crush in mixer so I think it is not make juice form it. I am not sure but this is my point of view. Also I give one suggestion if you like this juice then drink it in winter because it is cool for body.
