Roti

Ingredients:

2- Cup wheat flour,

1-cup simple milk,

3-tbsp oil,

Water.

Method:
Step 1: In a bowl, add wheat flour, milk and 2-tbsp oil.


Step 2: Mix well and add water for making smooth dough.
Step 3: Then spread 1-tbsp oil over the dough and keep aside for 1\2-hour.

Step 4: Make a small lemon size boll.
Step 5: Cover the boll with wheat flour.

Step 6: Roll out this boll with roller up to medium size roti.

Step 7: Heat the tawa or tavdi and place roti in low flame.

Step 8: After 15 second turn aside and cook in high flame for 30 seconds.

Step 9: Take it and place direct the high flame of gas.

Step 10: Turn off the flame and place it in dish.

Step 11: Apply the ghee over it.

Serve hot with curry.:)

    I didn't know about adding milk to the flour. Will they come out soft this way? Will try that next time?

  7. Kajal rotli to joi ne maja padi mane. Mane thoda samay pehla j khabar padi ke thepla no lot dudh thi bandhiye to te vadhare divas sara rahe. Rotli ma pan em j hashe. Soft karva mate nakhe chhe dudh ??

    what a perfect round roti's. Is it a granite that u are rolling on. Like the addition of milk and the way u are adding ghee on top. I have seen this method in one of our punjabi friends. They do the same, just like u. Now i Know the secret. haha............ Thanks.
