Spinach and tomato curry.
Ingredients:
100gm Spinach,
4-nos tomatoes,
2-tbsp oil,
1-tbsp red chilli powder,
1\2-tbsp turmeric powder,
1-tbsp garlic and red chilli paste,
Salt to taste.
Method:
Step 1: Wash the spinach gently. Cut spinach and tomato in to small pieces.
Ingredients:

Step 2: Heat the oil in a pan and add garlic paste in it.
Step 3: After a few second add chopped tomatoes in it.
Step 4: Cook until tomato is look like gravy.
Step 5: After that add chopped spinach in it.
Step 6: Mix well and cook in high flame for 4-5 minutes.
Step 7: When spinach is mix well with tomato, turn off the flame.
Step 8: Serve hot with roti.
We use this curry with Khichdi and curd for light dinner.:)
Very healthy and nourishes dish.:)
Palak curry and kichdi look delicious and healthy. I loved the step to step pictorial depiction.

ReplyDeleteManey avi khichdi sauthi vadhare bhavey...toover daal ke maag ni daal ni bahu nathi bhanvti, paan aa chhoda wali mag ni daal to mari fav che.....aney a a palak nu shaak paan!
