2-sweet corn
1-tbsp red chilli powder
1\2-cub cheese (optional)
2-tbsp lemon juice
Salt to taste
Method:
Step 1: Take out kernels from sweet corn.
Step 2: Place in microwave bowl and add salt and 2-cup water in it.
Step 3: Cover bowl with lid and microwave on high for 5-minutes.
Step 4: Remove from the microwave when corn are totally soft.
Step 5: Take away extra water from bowl.
Step 6: Place the corn in dish if you do not like spicy then eat directly with flavor of lemon.
Step 7: You like spicy then add red chilli powder and lemon juice. Serve hot.
Step 8: If you are cheese lover then you also add grated cheese.
That's a great quick snack:-)

That looks so good Kajal. I usually just cut the whole corn into 2 or 3 big pieces and pressure cook them for one whistle with salt. This is definitely more flavorful.

Kajal, one way these are cooked in the Caribbean is with fresh coconut milk, thyme, pepper and salt. Everything is cooked together until all the liqudid is gone and just the juice from the coconut remain dotted all over the corn. So good.
