Gril-Sandwich

Ingredients:
1-cup boiled and finely chopped potatoes,
1-cup finely chopped onion,
1-cup green peas,
1-tbsp chopped green chillies,
1-tbsp cumin seeds,
1-tbsp mustard seeds,
1-tbsp red chilli powder,
1\2-tbsp turmeric powder,
2-3 tbsp lemon juice,
Coriander leaves,
Salt to taste.

Method:
Step 1: Heat the oil in thick bottom pan and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and green chillies.

Step 2: Then add chopped onion and cook until golden brown.

Step 3: After that add green peas and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Step 4: After that add red chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt.

Step 5: Mix well and lastly add boiled finely chopped potatoes.

Step 6: Add lemon juice, coriander leaves and turn off the flame.
Step 7: Take two slice of bread. In one slice spread green chutney and another slice spared ketchup.Step 8: Spared masala over the ketchup.
Step 9: Cook in sandwich machine for 2-3 minutes.

Puran Poli

My Sister Favorite dish …………..

Ingredients for making dough:
1-cup flour,
1\2-cup water,
3-tbsp oil.

Method for making dough:
Step 1: Mix all ingredients and make dough.

Step 2: Then add 1-tbsp of oil over the dough and mash well and make a lemon size boll.


Ingredients for making puran :
1-cup tuver dal,
1-cup sugar,
1-tbsp ghee,
1-tbsp cardamom powder.

Method to prepare puran poli:
Step 1: Pressure cook tuver dal with sufficient water.

Step 2: After that turns off the flame and cool at room temperate. Mix with hand blander until soft material.Step 3: Take thick bottom pan and turn on the flame, add ghee and mix boiled dal.

Step 4: Stirring continuously for 20-25 minutes and after that add sugar and cardamom powder in it.Step 5: After adding sugar stirring continuously until the material become thick and spoon is straight in the material without support.

Step 6: Take lemon size boll of dough.

Step 7: Roll a thick roti about 4” diameter with help of roller and put small part of puran at center.Step 8: Cover this middle part with ends of roti.

Step 9: Press gently and dust with dry flour and roll smoothly up to 5”diameter.


Frying the puran poli:
Step 1: Heat thick flat pan and place the puran poli on it.

Step 2: Cook for 1-minutes in low flame. Turn for other side and heat on medium flame.

Step 4: Spared oil on other side.

Step 5: Turn for other side and cook have brown golden patches.








Step 6: Serve hot with your favorite curry.

Kachi-Keri no sambharo

Ingredients:
1-cup chopped kachi keri (mango),
1-tbsp red chilli powder,
1-tbsp cumin seeds,
1-tbsp haldi (turmeric) powder,
1-tbsp coriander cumin powder,
1-piece jagger (optional),
2-tbsp oil,
Salt to taste.
Method:
Step 1: Heat the oil in pan and add cumin seeds and chopped mango.

Step 2: Cook for 5-minutes until they are transparent.

Step 3: Then add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander cumin powder and salt.

Step 4: Mix well and turn off the flame.

Step 5: Then add jagger and mix it.

Step 6: Take it in a bowl.

Salted Aamla,Sweet Aamla

Salted Aamla
Ingredients:
500gm aamla(Indian Gooseberry),
2-tbsp turmeric powder,
2-cup water,
2-tbsp salt,
2-tbsp ghee.

Method:
Step 1: Cut aamla into long pieces.
Step 2: Take clean glass jar and add water, salt, turmeric powder and cut aamla pieces.

Step 3: Close the lid of the jar and shake the bottle gently.
Step 4: Leave this jar two days as it is.
Step 5: After two day when aamla become soft then cut in to long pieces.

Step 6: Leave in the sun for at least two day.

Step 6: After two days aamla becomes totally dry and very small in pieces.

Step 7: Heat two tbsp ghee in pan and add dry aamla pieces.
Step 8: Stirring continuously for 5-6 minutes.

Step 9: You can store this for one year also.


Aamla Sarbat (Sorbet)
Ingredients:

500 gm boiled aamla pieces,
200 gm sugar,
Salt for taste.
Method:
Step 1: Crush the boiled aamla pieces with sugar, salt and one glass water.
Step 2: Drain and pour into a bottle or glass and store in freeze.

Step 3: When you need sorbet then take 4-5 tbsp this material and add enough water and ice cubs.
Enjoy ver healthy and very taste drink.:)

Sweet aamla (Indian Gooseberry)
Ingredients:
500gm aamla,
100gm sugar,
1\2-cup water.

Method:
Step 1: Wash the aamla and cut in to pieces.


Step 2: Add enough water in cooker bottom and steam aamla pieces.
Step 3: After a 5 minutes aamla color is change and they are soft.


Step 4: Turn off the flame and take in another plate.
Step 5: Heat the thick bottom pan and add water and sugar in it.

Step 6: Stirring continuously for 5-6 minutes.
Step 7: In law flame add aamla pieces.


Step 8: Stirring well until material become thick.


Step 8: Turn off the flame and rest this aamla for 2-3 hours as it is.

Step 9: After 2-3 hours take this aamla in flat plate.


Step 10: Leave in the sun for at least one day untill the aamla become dry.
Step 11: You can eat 2-3 pieces after taking dinner or lunch.




Benefits:
* A good source of vitamin C, potassium and bioflavonoids.
* Fair amounts of iron and vitamin A.
* High in fiber, low in calories.
Drawbacks:
* Their tartness is usually offset with large amounts of added sugar.
