Three color sandwich/Potato sandwich.

Happy Friendship Day to my all blog friend.......


This rose and sandwich for friendship day....


Ingredients:
3 boiled potatoes,
1\2-cup coriander leaves,
1\4-cup tomato ketchup,
1\2-cup Green chutney,
12 slice of bread,
1-tbsp sugar (optional),
1-tbsp lemon juice,
1-cup cheese,
1-tbsp black pepper powder,
Salt to taste.

Method:
Step 1: Mash the potato gently and divided it in to two parts.

Step 2: Wash coriander leaves and grind in to mixer with salt and sugar.

Step 3: Add this mixer into one part of mash potato if you like then also add lemon juice.


Step 4: Take another part of mash potato and add garlic or simple tomato ketchup.



Step 5: Grated the cheese and add salt and black pepper powder in it.



Step 6: Take four slices of bread and cut its border. Spread the prepared material on each of one. Step 7: Put one slice over one and cut in to middle.


Step 8: Serve with Green Chutney.



Preparation time: 5 minutes

Making time: 5 minutes

When you are getting board after whole day work and come at home and you have no vegetable so don’t worry if you have potatoes and bread then your meal is ready…With in 10 minutes ready…..

Gril-Sandwich

Ingredients:
1-cup boiled and finely chopped potatoes,
1-cup finely chopped onion,
1-cup green peas,
1-tbsp chopped green chillies,
1-tbsp cumin seeds,
1-tbsp mustard seeds,
1-tbsp red chilli powder,
1\2-tbsp turmeric powder,
2-3 tbsp lemon juice,
Coriander leaves,
Salt to taste.

Method:
Step 1: Heat the oil in thick bottom pan and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and green chillies.

Step 2: Then add chopped onion and cook until golden brown.

Step 3: After that add green peas and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Step 4: After that add red chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt.

Step 5: Mix well and lastly add boiled finely chopped potatoes.

Step 6: Add lemon juice, coriander leaves and turn off the flame.
Step 7: Take two slice of bread. In one slice spread green chutney and another slice spared ketchup.Step 8: Spared masala over the ketchup.
Step 9: Cook in sandwich machine for 2-3 minutes.
