Hi Kaajal,

I tried 2 of your receipes today Masala puri and bharwa bhindi, thanks.

Regarding the puri...I added 1 tblsp haldi .... i think it was too much coz the dough was too yellow, the oil became orange in color while frying....do u actually recommend 1 tablespoon ? The taste was good.

The bharwa bhindi is still in the last stages of cooking....again I felt 1 tblsp each of mustard seeds and cumin seeds was too much so added as per taste.

Nonetheless, I find yr receipes easy to follow and the photos are very good.

Thank you for your wonderful sharing with us :-)

Nirmala

Anonymous said...

Hello Nirmala,

first of all thank you for your comment so i can understand, what type of problem arise when people make my recipe. I will try it in better way.

I think you add big tbsp of hladi otherwise, looks my puri is totally in dark yellow color but it is not a big problem with the oil color. Dear don't worry color is change but test is good so enjoy with taste and next time you add only half tbsp haldi and also if think it is too much cumin seeds and masturd seeds than you add less dear...sometimes it happens that different people have different quantity of tempering add in sabzi. ...dear you add as you normally make your sabzi then you feel comfortable for that.

So dear don't worry and be happy......

have a nice day NIramala....

Enjoy your cooking with big smile

Have 1 ques - if i want to make sev, farsi puri, suvadi(are u aware of this slightly sweet puri like snack?), can i use the same oil and in which order shud i make these? What if I also want to make gulab jamuns, shud the sweet things be fried 1st?
