Aloo-Methi Curry

Ingredients:
250gm Methi (fenugreek),
2-cup boiled Aloo (potatoes),
1-cup chopped onion,
2-tbsp chilli powder,
1-tbsp turmeric powder,
1\2-tbsp amchur powder,
1-tbsp cumin seeds,
2-tbsp oil,
Salt to taste.

Method:
Step 1: Cut fenugreek leaves and wash it gently.
Step 2: Heat the oil in law flame and add cumin seeds.


Step 3: Then add chopped onion and cook until golden brown.


Step 4: After that add boiled chopped potatoes in it.


Step 5: Then add all remaining masala in it amd mix well.


Step 6: Last add fenugreek leaves and stirring continuously.
Step 7: Decorate with tomato slices.
Step 8: Serve hot with roti and curd.

My kitchen is very simple.
But my mom organized it best with her most beautiful hands.
In my kitchen, one side frizz and other side platform. 4 windows are open in side of platform. Opposite side of platform we have dinning table. Where we site and enjoy our lunch, dinner, breakfast..............
I will try to take photo.
