Cauliflower-Peas Curry

Ingredients:
200gm cauliflower,
100gm green peas,
1-piece tomato,
1-tbsp mustard seeds,
1-tbsp cumin seeds,
1-tbsp red chilli powder,
1\2-tbsp turmeric powder,
1-tbsp oil,
Salt to taste,
Coriander leaves for garnish.
Method:
Step 1: Heat the oil in thick bottom pan and add mustard seeds, and cumin seeds.
Step 2: Then add green peas and cauliflower in it and cook until they are soft.

Step 3: Then add tomato and all remaining masala in it.

Step 4: Mix well and cook for 2-minutes after that turn off the flame.
Step 5: Garnish with coriander leaves.

flavar vatana nu shaak bau tasty lagey che kajal. maney aa shaak bau bhave, zhatpat bani jaye. rotli shaak ne dahi mali jay to biju kai nai joey!

I usually leave the cauliflower pieces "al dente" a little undercooked and a bit crunchy. And top it off with a lil squeeze of lemon.

umm what I meant was that after the vegetable is fully ready to serve I just add a little bit of lemon juice( squeeze a lemon).
