Bengal Gram flour Sev

Ingredients:
200gm gram flour,
2-tbsp red chilli powder,
1-tbsp soda-bi-carb,
2-tbsp lemon juice,
Oil for deep frying,
Salt to taste.
Method:
Step 1: Mix well Bengal gram flour with red chilli powder, salt, soda-bi- carb and lemon juice.

Step 2: Make a loose paste with the help of required quantity of water.

Step 3: Place the paste in to handy seviya machine.

Step 4: Closed the machine tightly.

Step 5: Heat the oil in your deep-frying pan over a medium flame.
Step 6: Holding the seviya machine over the hot oil, force the mixture through the holes by turning the handle.Step 7: As soon as noodles fall, slowly move the machine in a circular motion so that they do not stick together.
Step 7: Fry sev for 1-minutes until light brown on the underside.
Step 8: Turn in to another side and fry for another 1-2 minutes until golden and crisp.Step 9: Remove the cooked sev from the oil.

Step 10: Drain on paper and fry the remaining paste in the same manner.


* When all the sev batches have cooled, store in an airtight jar.

Use it to make Bhel with below ingredients.
Pack this all ingredients…….. Ready to go Picnic and enjoy the full day with lots of fun.:)

So ready to eat...........

Kajal,
I love this sev. Mom used to add a lot of spices to it and we used to just have it as is. It has been raining the whole evening yesterday and would have been just perfect.

Yes, you are absolutely right, some time my mom also says that I am very patient to make any item. I work slowly in my way but when everything is ready then very less time to eat everything.
