kaajal mam, i tried your recipe but the gourd pieces opened and all the stuffing came out in the final step and my dish was more of a gravy dish. can u tell me how u managed to keep the shape and filling of gourd pieces intact?

Hello,
First of all thanks to visit my blog. When you add the stuff gourd in onion be care don’t much stirring otherwise it open but as bitter gourd is boiled then it is already cook so just add in to cook onion and then mix stuff gourd with onion by soft hand only.

Have a great day dear.
